About Hallmark

Hallmark Mitigation & Construction is a disaster restoration and reconstruction company, who specializes in repairing mold, water, fire, smoke, and structural damages. We have over 25 years of experience in the commercial disaster restoration. Our experiences also expand to repairing and restoring schools, high-rises, municipal offices, retail spaces, and industrial spaces. We are able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment, we have practiced this by repairing schools and universities during summer breaks. 

We also work with vendors to repair and restore hospital and industrial materials like MRI machines, industrial robotic systems, artwork, data and damaged hard drives, and documents requiring HIPPA compliances and/or chain of custody for legal situations.

What Is TIPS?

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) was founded in 2002 and allows education, government, and non-profit agencies to purchase from any Awarded Vendors. TIPs will remove the process of competitively soliciting and procurement of products or services. TIPS have over 15 years of experience in the procurement industry and have made the purchasing process easy, economical and compliant for all members. TIPS’s competitive bid contracts make purchasing seamless which overall saves members time and money. The process that TIPS has created a process for members that allows for offer opportunities for higher efficiency in pricing and the delivery of the goods or services due to the contracts with higher quality vendors, like Hallmark.

TIPS will help to increase speed and will efficiently deliver Hallmark’s services while still maintaining procurement compliance for education, government, and non-profit agencies.
